I would like to share with you all a 4-hands scrapbook page.
The background of this page was done by my daughter, Ana. It was her first page ever. She place all the pictures' mats, stamps and tittle.
The Midnight Madness is a bike ride/fundraiser we have been attending since 2008. This page's picture is from our first ride. She was only 7 years-old and she did a GREAT job riding 19 miles in a Flight Line 20. That is right, a 20 wheel bike. I was exhausted at the end of the ride and she was all happy, skipping around. So, Mom and Dad decided to award our little cyclist with a medal of honor and a "First Ride" trophy.
For those that are not familiar with the bike ride, the Midnight Madness happens every year in August starting at midnight and it goes around downtown San Diego. Its registration goes toward Hosteling International San Diego, a non-profit founded by Mary Lanyon Fay. Mary inspired the development of a chain of hostels that were used by traveling bicycle groups.
So, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I give to you...
The Midnight Madness... 2008
I hope you like it.
